HEALTHY IMPACTFUL TEAMS (HIT)



 HIT is all about strengthening the culture, communication, and cohesiveness of your team by ensuring that each member is functioning within their sweet spot - experiencing their highest level of satisfaction while making their greatest contribution, resulting in higher retention, increased performance, and a healthy, impactful team.

HIT ASSESSMENT

In this package, each team member participates in a 90-minute Zoom assessment to determine their:

  • Life-Giving Talents (the unique skills that – when your team member exercises them – causes them and everyone around them to be fully energized)

  • Collaborative Reflex (their personal relationship to 6 factors that impact team dynamics)

  • Innate Wiring (the particular cross-section of motivation and environment that enables them to accomplish their best work)

After all assessments are completed, each team member will receive a summary outlining and explaining their unique design. The Team Lead will receive copies of each summary and have a 2-hr Feedback Call where Hayah will offer observations about how to empower each team member to strengthen the team’s culture, communication, and cohesion.

HIT BOOTCAMP

In addition to everything your team receives in the HIT Assessment, the HIT Bootcamp package includes two half-days (5 hours each) of in-person training, two additional 2-hour Feedback & Discovery calls, and a 2-day, off-site iLEAD intensive for the Team Lead.

  • The In-Person Training is customized to the team’s unique needs, but generally includes a blend of exercises and conversations designed to enhance communication, strengthen individual and team health, and increase collaboration.

  • The Feedback & Discovery Calls are opportunities to develop and refine strategies and action steps before and after the in-person training.

  • The iLEAD intensive is a deep dive into who the Team Lead is and how they lead and interact with their team most effectively. It is a valuable tool in creating a balanced, well-rounded team that optimizes the leader’s strengths, mitigates their weaknesses, and gives them clarity about who and what they need around them.
