 A Strategic Development Plan is a 4-Phase process that equips leaders and their teams to consistently identify with clarity and accomplish with efficiency the most impactful short-term objectives in service of the organization’s long-term mission.



The Four Phases Are…

Discovery & Discernment – We ask and answer dozens of questions, but the big question we’re going after is “What is a healthy version of your organization uniquely designed and equipped to do that you’ll be proud of?”

Strategy & Implementation – We create systems, processes, structures, and action steps that will get your organization where you want to go by asking, “What has to be true for you to increase health and achieve your mission?”

Evaluation & Innovation – We ask at consistent intervals, “What’s working that needs to be optimized?  What’s not working that needs to be reimagined?  What’s confused that needs clarifying?  And, what’s missing that needs to be added?”  This is the phase where inspiration, innovation, and collaboration abound.  Teams gel; leaders grow; culture improves; and wins multiply.

Refinement & Renewal – We celebrate the increased health and impact of your organization.  Then, we ask, “What do you want to celebrate a year from now and what has to be true to achieve it?”  Based on your answers, we refine your objectives and develop the strategies necessary for your next season of success.
